JOHNSTON, Iowa (November 3, 2026): Growers Edge has earned Great Place To Work Certification™ for the fifth time since 2021. The certification is based entirely on what current employees report in the Great Place To Work Trust Index® Survey. It reflects Growers Edge’s ongoing commitment to building a workplace where employees feel welcomed, trusted and supported.

That feedback comes through clearly in this year’s survey results:

- 92 percent said they’re able to take time off from work when they think it’s necessary.
- 86 percent said management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders.
