Growers Edge Earns Great Place To Work Certification® for Workplace Culture, Employee Experience, and Leadership

Johnston, Iowa – December 2, 2021 — Growers Edge, a provider of data-driven financial technology (fintech) solutions for the agricultural industry, has been certified as a Great Place to Work®. The prestigious certification is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at the company. This year, 82% of employees said Growers Edge is a great place to work – compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

“Among the priorities at a growing start-up company, developing a work culture that is empowering and supportive ranks at the top,” said Dan Cosgrove, Growers Edge CEO. “We know to ensure our success as a business; we must first make the well-being of our most important resource, our employees, priority number one!”

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to our employee’s work experience,” said Mary Johnson, Growers Edge People Operations Director. “Earning this designation means that Growers Edge ranks among the best companies to work for in the country. We’re excited to achieve the certification and to the continued focus on building an even better place to work in the years to come.”

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
